Kenneth Poveda Mata is the person behind Kematica. The SoHo freelance operation is based in Redwood City, California.

The company started back in late 2004, after leaving my previous position with a leader in national office and print services. The idea of providing my expertise to small and medium size businesses, self employed clients and local residents in the Peninsula area is what made me take the plunge and start offering my services.

My expertise comes from working in the technology field for over 13 years. My starting point was in the hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting of custom Windows based computer systems.

I also held management positions in different locations here in the Bay Area that range from Technology supervisor, Assistant Manager of Technology, Senior Technology Manager, Manager of Operations, Manager of Production and Manager of a Sign and Banner Center.

The excellent training that I received then, is what currently allows me to perform under pressure, give outstanding customer service and understand, analyze and solve problems with elegant solutions.
