Easy way to add page curls to your graphics in illustrator.

Example one of page curl image
A couple of years ago I needed to add a page curl effect in a project I was working on. Back then I found several great instructions to achieve the effect with some Photoshop tutorials and action sets. But for some reason I never seemed to find anything for Illustrator. That was the start of this set of images that you can freely use and modify to fit your creations.

Since I am essentially adding the original Illustrator file that you can reverse engineer, you can figure out how it was done, how it works and what things you can change in it.

The idea is simple, after creating your document then just resize the curl, rotate it if you need, bring if forward and just align it in the corner that you choose to place it.

I told you it was really easy, download it and keep it in a safe place for future use.

Download Option 1

You can obtain the file from the Adobe exchange. You need to register with them, but will have access to many more actions, tutorials etc from them.

The zip file contains an Illustrator document with the images. Save them as symbols or use them as is.

Download Option 2

Or you can just get it from here in this zip file.
